The next South Park game will be released in October.

The release date has been confirmed for South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Following a series of delays, the game will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on October 17.

The game will be available in four different editions – Standard, Gold, Steelbook Gold and Collector’s – which will join the previously announced Special Edition. The Gold editions will feature the game, a season pass, steelbook case, postcards and in-game perks. The Collector’s Edition will also include a six inch Coon figure.

All players who pre-order the game will receive a free copy of the first South Park game, The Stick of Truth, and will also be able to unlock Towelie as an in-game assistant. The free game will also be available after launch to players and will be on offer until January 1, 2018.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC from October 17. Watch the new trailer below.

I’m Megan, twentysomething aspiring writer, editor and film-maker who probably watches more television than is deemed healthy and if I’m not doing that then I’m either plugged into my computer or console of choice. Current obsessions include Assassin’s Creed, Lego Batman/Lego everything, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Supernatural, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Marvel everything and cosplay videos on YouTube. Also spend a good portion of time – and about 80% of my money – going to various Comic Cons (or planning to anyway) Someday I’ll step into reality but not right now – got too much to do elsewhere
