The latest instalment in the Everybody’s Golf series will launch later in the year.

The PlayStation 4 release of Everybody’s Golf has been announced. In a post on the PlayStation Blog, the company announced that the sports simulator will be available from August 30.

First announced in 2014, the new Everybody’s Golf will feature avatar customisation and a new free roam option for players to explore their surroundings. Players who pre-order the game will gain access to Day One content, which will include the 20th Anniversary course, premium golf cart, additional character clothing and a PS Dynamic Theme.

Ahead of the game’s release, a closed online test will be held from May 26-28 with a group of “eligible players” being contacted in the coming weeks regarding participation.

Everybody’s Golf will be available on PlayStation 4 from August 30. Watch the trailer below.

I’m Megan, twentysomething aspiring writer, editor and film-maker who probably watches more television than is deemed healthy and if I’m not doing that then I’m either plugged into my computer or console of choice. Current obsessions include Assassin’s Creed, Lego Batman/Lego everything, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Supernatural, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Marvel everything and cosplay videos on YouTube. Also spend a good portion of time – and about 80% of my money – going to various Comic Cons (or planning to anyway) Someday I’ll step into reality but not right now – got too much to do elsewhere
